Guest room 3 is accessible via ramp and has no internal steps. Guest rooms and bathrooms have not been adapted for wheelchair users.

Bom Bom is set within a natural tropical environment, with pathways and outdoor areas that may be uneven in places. While several common areas and guest room 3 can be accessed via ramps, the overall layout of the property may present challenges for wheelchair users and guests with significant mobility limitations.
