The menu celebrates fresh, vibrant flavours with a strong connection to Príncipe Island. To start, highlights include the much-loved Crack Crab Pastry with Sriracha sauce and a refreshing Chilled Tomato and Watermelon Soup. Mains range from a generous Hummus Sandwich with pickled vegetables to an Octopus Salad with organic leaves from the nearby Paciência fields, crispy bits, seed mix, seasonal fruits and a light tropical vinaigrette.
Dessert is not to be missed: a rich Chocolate Brownie with rice and Erva Príncipe (lemongrass) ice cream, made with locally grown cocoa and aromatic island herbs, is a true taste of Príncipe.
The drinks menu is equally relaxed, featuring a curated selection of Portuguese white and red wines alongside classic cocktails with a tropical twist, from the signature Príncipe Colada to Caipirinhas and Gin and Tonics.
